The Challenge
Next Radio, a radio station under Next Media Services, faced a significant challenge as they did not have a functional studio. They needed to establish a state-of-the-art studio from scratch, requiring modern equipment and expertise in studio setup and management. Additionally, they needed training for their team to operate the new studio efficiently.
This challenge stemmed from Next Media’s rapid growth, expanding their brand portfolio to include more than 10 brands, necessitating an expansion in IT infrastructure and software engineering capability to manage these brands.
